Use Alt codes for Ç and ç

What is a cedilla?
A cedilla is a hook-shaped diacritic placed below a letter. It is best known through ç, but Unicode also includes cedilla forms of G, K, L, N, R, S, and T.
French uses ç to keep a soft C sound before a, o, or u. Portuguese, Catalan, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and other languages use cedilla letters according to their own spelling systems.
Romanian standard spelling uses Ș and Ț with comma below, not Ş and Ţ with cedilla. Fonts and legacy text can make the marks look confusingly similar, so confirm the language and Unicode character.
Cedilla and comma below are different characters
Ş and Ţ carry a cedilla. Ș and Ț carry a comma below. They may look similar in a small or unsuitable font, but Unicode encodes them separately and Romanian requires the comma-below forms.
