## Reporting a character or typing issue

Use the optional page-address field and include the letter or code you were trying to use, and what happened. For a keyboard problem, tell us your device, operating system, keyboard layout, and the app where you were typing.

Use a short example that does not contain private information. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, or confidential text from a form or message.

## Typing help

If clipboard access is blocked, select the character as text and copy it using your device’s normal Copy command. If a Windows Alt code fails, check the numeric keypad, Num Lock, and leading zero.
